Goal Attaining Habits
How do you actually attain the goals that you set?
Have you ever wondered what makes the difference between someone who achieves their goals and someone who does not? Is it because one individual is more gifted or talented than another? Is it because the achiever has more drive and motivation? Or is it because someone is more fortunate in life due to their environment?
Whilst of all of these have an influence, what if I told you that the difference between someone attaining their goals and missing their target was mostly caused by “habits.” You see, your habits and behaviors shape your identity. Your habits not your goals mold you. Ultimately, your habits determine who you are, how you present in this world and the life that you lead.
At Lifecraft Education, we believe that the goal attainment process can be summarized in 5 key stages. We categorize these stages in a model called the Goal Attainment Loop. Within the model, we also teach a sub-layer that is specifically focused on your habits. We term this sub layer the The “One More” Habit Loop and teach people how to develop habits that support their ambitions and dreams.
The Goal Attainment Loop
